Like strategic moves in a well-played Chess Game, the Proclaim Fitness ® nonprofit weight loss and wellness program is multi-faceted and gives you the information and moves needed to Check-Mate your life's goals.

 

The Proclaim Fitness ® nonprofit program provides educational services to help with developing and conducting classes, workouts, workshops, presentations, retreats, group and personal consultation and training in exercise, fitness, health, nutrition, weight loss and wellness.

 

The Proclaim Fitness ® nonprofit program also provides assistance, training and consultation to groups and individuals to help them make physical fitness, strength, conditioning, exercise, nutrition, and health improvements in their daily living. Our programs are comprised of the following key components:

 

  • Weekly group workouts lead by certified instructors, or participating gyms in the area.

  • Weekly nutritional seminars teaching proven nutritional information and practical everyday applications to achieve health and fitness.

  • Weekly family and friends events to strengthen your relationships while you're losing weight and strengthening your health and self-esteem.
